Wow! I spent 3 years as a Headhunter and met a couple of Recruiters that Recruit Recruiters(say that 5 times really fast) but for the MCA world....you must work on a Retained basis, not contingent upon placement. Interesting though.

Sales Pro- I am new to the industry compared to most here(9 months) and still to this day consider myself a B2B guy. Finding a shop is one thing that is NOT difficult to do(finding the right one is). Why do you want to work remotely?

Thanks for your comments JSL. You and are of like minds. I am definitely looking for a reputable company to work for and to be proud being an ambassador for that company. Reason I need to work remotely is just simply no opportunity where I am located. If I was in NY I don't think I would have needed to post on this forum. I enjoy this industry and am fighting to stay in it.
