Solving 2-5 is pretty simple. There are some MCA CRMs out there but I won't use any of them personally. The benefit with MCA CRMs is that it is pretty much set up & requires much less configuration.
There is always Salesforce. I know a few ISOs that use Zoho (not sure if there is a portal with them).
I use Salesforce & Quickbase. Salesforce is handling the sales CRM aspect & I use Quickbase to automate the entire process. Run the banks, pull credit, background etc & with that info, it provides recommend creditors.

@MISTAMCA that QuickBase automation sounds cool, I would love to learn more about that.

Brokersuite
Salesforce is the right CRM for you, IMO. But specifically, they have an app called Brokersuite. Brokersuite does what Orgmeter does and a lot more.
I've used Zoho CRM but honestly, it's kind of messy and you have to pay well over what you would for Brokersuite/Salesforce to make all of the custom things you need.

...not sure about the size of your operations, but for about $130k a year (license cost), I can introduce you to a firm who can build a custom solution for you. Proven system for MCA. Can be independent or built on Salesforce platform, with automation and security features built in. If you're interested in knowing more, let me know and we can discuss setting up an introduction.

Salesforce, it can be a bit expensive but otherwise you're going to spend years trying to do what it does out of the box. If you end up migrating to it years down the line the data transfer is going to cost you a ton
