It is very difficult for US lenders to perfect liens on assets in Mexico. You are better off finding a lending in Mexico.

Thank you, Captain Obvious! I'm well aware it can't be used as the current value. It's simply a reference point. So to answer my original question, you don't know of anyone that lends in Mexico.
