Our company is relatively small compared to the bigger ones, but we produce a tremendous amount relative to our size. In the past 35 days We've funded deals with the following dollar amounts

950 K 12 months
1 MM - 8 months
1.6 MM 80 days
3.5 MM 120 days


These are all real numbers and i'm happy to show you in person if we meet up. Weve also funded about 5 20-40K deals per week as well (. Were Not just focused on the massive files.


My point is - we fund like this with a set group of ISOS who have built a 2 way relationship with to the point where we can make those kind of deals happen.
