    If the poster stated that they wish to work directly with sources of capital and not brokers, why even bother to respond.

    But he clearly stated he does not want to work with brokers. That being said, why bother.

    My time - I'm assuming you would suggest he walk into a bank for a $5K or even a $20K Loan.
