I have an ISO that buys the year old data ...he claims it works better then the new or the semi-new..No way of knowing if all agree but it seems to be working for him !

I know isos and brokers who lovvveddd the 5-year-old stuff

some 2-5 years

it depends on your marketing strategy, sales ability, and the type of deals you want to fund

I had a female broker calling truckdrivers all the time...i told her to get the hell off the truckers and call doctors if she wants a husband lol

I found out later...she liked truckdrivers because she knew the business inside and out

And I have my sweet spot....whats best for me
