If you set up directly with a funder here you're limited to just their approvals, rarely do they have other funders look at their files. If you were to set up with a rep like myself or Avi, we have relationships with numerous in house funders where it allows us to take competing offers and get you the best possible offer. Well I won't beat this horse to death, everyone is responsible for making sure they have a valid ISO agreement (which is a fundamental flaw in the MCA space tilted toward the funder.)

For the record, Avi told me HE signs the agreement. Which is another reason why nobody I am associated with does business there. Maybe things have changed.

I do not fund a lot of deals thru Yellowstone but if/when I do I send them to Anthony. He really goes to bat for you or your client.

He will help you get deals done( if it's possible ) and keep you in the loop.


80 submissions and 1 approval are horrifying. Somethings wrong...either with pre-qualification or maybe it's not in their wheelhouse? ...sic codes, balances, NSF's.. something.

I know funding companies that cut people off for bad paper, usually it's corrected some way?? Or revisited?
