General Contractor in need of TERM LOAN

My client is a General Contractor located in MS & LA. 2016 gross was $2,200,000. Projected 2017 is $10MM-$15MM thanks to 2 new government contracts. Clean banks (no NSFs), solid credit (700+) and a growing business.

They are looking for a LOC or term loan. They need $400k-$500k now and ability to increase to $1.5MM total in the near future. But for now, I would take the $400k-$500k.

There are no assets to collateralize (no equipment or RE) and they outright refuse to use A/R or Factoring.

They have solid credit and are growing quickly.

    NO CASH ADVANCE RESPONSES PLEASE.

I need a low cost LOC or Term Loan DIRECT LENDER. Thanks for either making contact or your your suggestions.

Didn't we talk about this once? I'll get you the closest you can get to the direct lender, and you'll still make nice money off of it. Probably more than an MCA. You will bypass me, I won't take or ask a penny from you, and you'll have a great product to sell to future clients as well.

He doesn't want mca. As to direct funders..there aren't any who hang out on forums. Going thru a broker who brings your file to top lenders seems best. Better to get it done make money
    .then waiting for direct

    Hey Pulse Lenders,

I am a direct funder. Not MCA but not term loan either. A bit of mix of the two. Monthly payment, 12-24 month term, and client can prepay any time after six months with no fees, penalties or interest, for huge savings.

    $100k min, $2MM max funding.

Your client will likely not qualify for the requested amount based upon 2016 numbers stated above, but we are open to growing with clients and funding their growth.

Feel free to reach out and discuss.

Only problem is I am leaving town early Thursday morning with no access to email or phone. Sorry!

If it can wait until Monday, I may be your man.

    Best,

Breakout isn't MCA, but construction might restrict them from offering their normal best terms.

One of our partners has been a VP with 3 upstate NY banks; he is now working with us on business development for projects of this sort; Valmar Funding focuses on MCA but we have been able to successfully expand into this product line.

We have 8 deals funded at <prime+2 and over $1m since Feb and feel that we are qualified to take a look at this deal.

If this is in line with what you'd look at send us a message and we'll be happy to do a prelim evaluation.

There are term folks that like these types of deals- Bob is right. Challenge is a term note- while the company is in accelerated growth mode- is likely the last thing they need. And getting a LOC on Government receivables can be tricky as well.

Please contact me. I think this is MORE than an SBA/TERM loan. I would look at ABL as well! I am working on a project right now that is similar.
