We are in a Private capital group in Las Vegas - and seem to be having having quite a lot of interest in HARD MONEY in this forum without trying.

We can fund across the country and if you have a Merchant that cannot get a cash advance - but does have a commercial asset or a non-owner occupied residential asset that has equity in it then we may be able to help.

We prefer 1st positions, but also do a lot of 2nd positions.

We always under-promise and over deliver.

LTV with a second up to 70%.

we can fund within 7 days and there is no limit to our ability to fund if the parameters make sense.

As a rule of thumb we are not interested in unimproved land - although we have funded in a 1st position on these types of assets in the past.
