    Question Software Company 150k -Corp Only-UK and US Operations

    90% operation done in US, Patents and Such in the UK, owners are UK but live in us.
    20 years TIB
    4 Million Revenue.
    Want 150-300k

    We are closing a factoring deal in t he very same situation. Irish,ownership and 90% of their business here.
