I'm getting a ton of deals in the agriculture world (non producing and producing farmland) for deals. Most of these do not have a house or a lodging built, but do have years of production history.

Does the USDA cover these scenarios?

PS -- I do not need anything that won't amortize over 10-25 years. The loans range in sizes from $250,000 -- $2.5MM. Most of the owners are credit poor but asset rich (other land, tractors, trailors, farming equipment, etc).
