5 Positions; Overnight Route; 10+ years TIB; Over 600 Bureau

Overnight Delivery Route with 5 Existing Advances, 10 + Years Time in
Business, should be over 600 Bureau score. Wants to inquire about
more capital vs waiting on renewal date as a backup. Interested in more
Working Capital or paying off 1 or 2 positions. Difficult situation, understood
there are lots of issues that can be analyzed here. Trying to help
the customer say in line, whether that is possible or not.

Has 5 advances roughly for $100K total balances, does about
$75K to $125K in sales per year depending on the month.

Attempting to do something reasonable for the customer as he may
go out and get another advance on own - So trying to advise them
to wait and figure out a way to slowly pay these off.

Advances equalling 100% of gross "annual" revenue? It's a wrap. They're done. Those funders are damn fools.

This may be a tough one. I do a lot of consolidations but way too small for me (based on gross sales). Sounds like he is WAY over-leveraged. I don't think Breakout Capital would touch this one either.

If he owns real estate (commercial or residential, just not personal residence) I might well be able to help, and stretch things out over a longer term that would be more palatable for him.

Outside of that, this one looks like a struggle.

    Will,

What you haven't mentioned is whether or not the client has a factor AND these advances. If he doing $1.2 per year and has 100k in debt- he isn't over leveraged alleging his Gross Profit margin is around 40%. If he has a Factor, then he likely owes them another 150k or so- THEN THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY OVER LEVERAGED.

5 positions for 100k without a factor is something I can help with every day of the week..
