    Residential Home
    Individual with approx 625 who has $6K down on just under $100K home
    -- wants to purchase --- it from Lady who is currently in a Retirement home.
    Rural PA; 14 Acres total Land. House Approx 60 Years old

    Is this possibly a viable transaction?
