Notes:Merchant was upfront on first call, about wanting to switch banks asked about account changes during payback a month or so down the road, explained the fees. In initial underwriting, uw asked for additional statements, she mentioned she had closed 2 out of the 3 accounts, operating account was still open. She called back to get additional statements from the closed accounts and could not. Now pissed at her bank....she is moving all deposits, over to her new account / new bank. Closed, old account, without spot checking that with us. (All days before funding above signed deal). Funder wants to wait 45 days... Merchant will have confirmation on all closed accounts.
