The joke is that he is the king of over promising and under delivering. Send him a deal and then get a call from 3 lenders asking you, why are you using him when you are signed up with us direct.

Now days there is no such thing as a high risk funder. You are either a SMART funder, or a DUMB one.

Be a SMART broker/ISO and chose to send your paper to the SMART funder. Build a book, Get some renewals, Syndicate a bit here and there. Dont hop us after we fund your deal. If you are going to charge a PSF, be reasonable. Happy merchants = Happy ISO's = Happy funders.

Natan, we get files all day that have daily balances totaling 5%+ of the monthly revenue. I saw a few files today with massive daily balances and multiple positions. There are other funders that are better with very low or or multiple negative daily balances. I am not.

Either way, if avg daily balance is ONLY 5% of gross monthly rev AND I'm coming in at 3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th position it feels a bit like Russian roulette. To each their own, if it works for you guys.
