WBL should never be considered for a re transaction, if you want true asset based lending where business accounts don't matter, call me. if I can't do it I will point you to someone who will....... people only send the real estate transactions to wbl when they don't know where else to go I'm here to tell you that is a bad decision... I charge 10% with Ip payments .... ask wbl what their rate is.... lol
