    Restaurant fourth position need or big pay off 1st

    Restaurant with 3 positions with perfect payments for a year. Brings 300k a month looking for a 4th position for $75-$100k. Please let me know if you can help. All paid at 50% if not more paid off. Perfect payments with each one . Merchant is looking for one large consolidation loan or a 7-10 month 4th position loan.

    PLEASE for the love of God and whatever ethical standards are left, just get that consolidated!
