Collaterized Loan
I have a merchant who is willing to put up $4m in property (owns 100%) to secure a collateralize loan
Merchant is doing $1-$1.5m a month. 770+ credit
Merchant is looking for $1m - $1.5m
If there's anyone who can work with something like this, please let me know

I can get you an offer for hard money against the real estate asset - 12%-17% interest only payments - one year term origination fee 4-8% depending on the asett / situation. In- house deal.

If it isnt Raw Land, Ill do that deal depending on what state at 10% With Interest only payments.. for 24 months.

thats a tough one, We have a tremendous amount of " Land " on our books thats why we stopped, its a hard sell, we just recently sold some at 50% UPB just to get it off our Books
