Is that $30k per month or $300k per month? Because $30k restaurant -500 credit is not a good deal. If its $300k then I would love to make an offer.

Dose the merchant do cc? If so @ 30k I can get about 100-140k with a cc split.

Lmk if unneeded help placing it. Our company conbeokers for 30% of the deals and all deals have 10 points built in already. Up to 17 point upsell.

A merchant isn't getting $100K CC split with $360K in annual revenue and sub 500 credit. Come on now. Off of that $360K how much is CC? What would the holdback need to be to make that work?

My advice to that one, shieldfunding. Is just to go ahead and post up your question. The best thing to do is just look past any negativity. Just be careful what you ask and how you ask it because that seems to be the reason some of the negative comments Come in. So I would just go ahead and ask your questions and don't take it personal anything that comes across negative. And chances are yes most of them will probably want to see the SS# and docs, eventually. Unless you're trying to get advice on them before you submit anything to them? Then you're just going to have to throw it out there and ask

Possibly a credit card - lock-box solution. Cannot make any assumptions without a complete file.

@ shieldfunding, yes the best thing to do is just to post up and ask about a company or you can go to the advanced search bar and type in the name of the lender and it should bring you to several threads or posts that are already talking about that particular lender as usually somebody has already asked that question. So you can just read through it and see what everyone is saying. Which is probably the easiest way to find out about any of them

Even with sub-500 FICO, WBL can still put together a sizable approval for many borrowers.
