    building contractor seeking consolidation solution

I have a contractor company doing 2-4 deposits per month. Increasing revenue of 2m Ave per year. Filed 8m this year has 485k stacked looking for a consolidation solution and will not collateralize the house. Business building is on same plot of land and will not be ask. High fico, 5 nsf in the entire year.

Seeking to pay off 1 or all and net 125k
    Bfs-101k was 200k
Pearl-125k was 150k renewed in jan.
    Lg-65k
    Inadvance-142k

    Has 3 offers
    -80k 7 month
    -75k 6.5 months
    -110k 4.5 months

needs to net 125k 6 months minimum, pending 2m in deposits the next two 1/2 weeks alone from contracts being invoiced for completion as I type.

Has pre approval for 1.5m on an Sba could go for 3m but doesn't want to over leverage. Direct lenders and previous contact input preferred.

Have you ever heard of Accounts Receivable financing?

SBA will most likely tag the properties.

Hard to believe he'd have a SBA offer on the table with 4 cash advances. Seems like a broker told him he had an approval so he could charge fees.

Steven-----I would contact Ted Fundy. He may be able to clean you client's balance sheet and get him several hundred thousand in additional capital.

The Real Estate and the AR (if his clients are commercial) are his shot.. An SBA pre approval speaks only to cash flow and credit-
