Construction company
doing 200k a month.. one owner credit 670.. other owner 720. looking for line of credit or as close to it one as could find in her words " not cancapital product, not for me " No positions, . any recommendations

If they want to leverage their own personal credit, I can get them more money.

Hi Shieldfunding- On the surface this sounds like a factoring deal. I can assure you after 40 years in this business if a lender doesn't report their rates will be high.
I can introduce you to a few factors that specialize in construction financing. Most of we factors have construction and medical insurance as deals we can't do. Those companies that do factor construction receivables are successful in navigating the particular risks that those invoices incur.
