Who is the best for a totally 'A' list deal like this.

Restaurant doing well over $10mm/year in revenues (with a long history), personally guaranteed deal by 2 owners, one with a net worth of $20mm and the other is worth a lot more.

Looking for $500k in equipment financing over 3-5 years (in the form of a lease), but they do not want a high rate like I normally get for my crappy truck deals. I need a top shelf, equipment lender..direct lenders only please.

Most leasing companies won't work with you directly unless you have references that indicate you have been in business before. You have to go thru broker.

I've been in the B2B funding space for a while. I have iso's with a half dozen equipment financing companies, but none do 'A' list deals like this and I know I would be priced out of the deal.
