Better pricing than a 1.15?
If he has 700+ credit, under 25% debt to credit ratio, and he has a C corp status, and is willing to wait another 2 - 5 weeks, I have someone who will look at him. The rate will be the same but the terms will be extended to 18 - 24 months.

Unfortunately, the guy does over 100k a month but has a 590 credit score. But I will definitely keep you mind when i do run into any bigger deals. Thanks!

Hey cashguy. Why not structure it as part factoring and part cash advance?

It's not a cash advance/ach split. More traditional lending.

You can try Funding Circle. The commission is crap but it's 9.99% APR. Terms are 3-5 years.

Checked out funding circles website and seems like their headed to the right direction as well. Ill Definitely give them a try. Sometimes I rather take a loss on commission and not make as much if it helps keep the customers happy. I know this will help for the higher volume prospects that are looking for a longer terms and better rates. Thanks MCNetwork.

Merchant looking for better rates than this? Man, you are in the wrong line of work....
Tell him to go to his local bank, and when they decline him, you 'll revive the offer for him
