    Our Board decided to move in a different direction from Glenn's vision. The two Founders are currently running the company as they did prior to Flexpoint Ford making an investment into Credibly. All is good.

    Because they have to run your file past their inside sales team first. But worry not, as soon as you get a decline, it starts the 7 days waiting period before their inside sales team reaches out to your merchant again.
