Restaurant 3.2M annual NEED 400k
Hi
Looking for a term loan for restaurant/bar
They do 3.3M annually
Healthy bank and they make NET of 354k
They need to payoff BANK note that has been called. 400k request.
Bank note called because merchant broke covenant of the note. ALL payments have been made on time.
No real estate
