    Co-Broker

Who wants to co-broker this deal 60/40? I already got them approved for 1.35 70k at EBF and 50k at Accord. But the merchant has no online banking. EBF led me astray saying they could do a 3 way call before submission. Now, 70k is on the table, the COJ is in the mail, and they will not do the call with the bank or have the bank send statements anymore.

Merchant is scared of the internet apparently (it is a big scary place), and I already told him- if someone told me to sign up for online banking to secure a 70k advance to my business, I would do it...

Please reply with how exactly you will get this done, you can keep names and firms confidential. I just don't want a response saying - "PM me"

Just Confim to him to look up your company.
Everything is done and this is the new way of fund and banking.
The numbers are there and if naything falls through everyone else is liable for a lawsuit.
No one want's to get sued.
Not you, not your bank, not your lenders or your hegde funder.

    Co-Broker

With your offers it sounds like the merchant is depositing north of 125k/month and he claims not to have online banking? Also is it a small no name bank where the merchant wants you to call a non 1800 number and speak to their personal banker? From my experience 99.99999% of the time when the merchant says they don't have online banking and the only way to do the deal is to speak to a bank rep on a 3 way call the deal is fraud. Hopefully for you that's not the case here. Good luck with this one.
