I see their banner ads everywhere. Any idea what cost per click is for an MCA ad like that?

Banner Ads generally work a CPM model rather than a CPC (cost per click)or CPA (cost per action). CPM works by the number of impressions, as in "Cost per Mill" (Thousand). Some Agencies will work out a pay for performance model if the dollars and cents add up in their favor. It is very difficult to guesstimate what the campaign costs are without knowing all the variables.

that's correct, I have not been to their website so I never see their ads. it's def remarketing
