i didnt have second account yet and there were no transfers....merchants lie, wasnt looking that deep into it, i dont do a ucc search on every file that people send me, not my job

half my book of business would be gone if i took it personally everytime someone lied about a balance or didnt bring it up or gave a wrong amount, merchants balances are like there balance is like 3k and then you find out its 30k and there like I had no clue....smh...happends at least once everyday

Hi Gail.....Please explain to me how an ABL lender is going to float a LOC without a first lien on all the assets. From what I understand after the ABL is structured you will still need an advance.
