Publicly Traded company
I have a merchant who is on the small cap or micro cap nasdaq..
I think I can get to 51% ownership or signature authority with the 3rd person ..a trustee, who controls 19%, the balance is public
If any Direct Lender would work with a publicly traded company if you can please pm me.
I have Full Financials. They want 300k but reduced expectations down to 70k-100k

I was working with a public company before that had been funded by Quarterspot, so I know for sure they fund public companies. I had offers with FORA and Everest previously on this deal too. Give those a try.

They want 300k... i talked them down to the minimum so I do not spin my wheels then they do not take a lower offer then I worked for nothing.
300k is too low?
My assumption was that you cant sign away shareholders rights and it would have have to be thru a
personal guarantee. ( above my pay grade )
Let me get the file together at least there is a possibility.
Thanks again everyone.Last edited by Karen37a; 04-20-2017 at 12:04 PM.

EBF but they will still require a COJ.
Not sure if they still do it, but I had large contracts for publicly traded company from Rapid a few years ago, but we ended getting them something else.Last edited by WestCoastFunding; 04-20-2017 at 12:49 PM.

The banks are great. One person has a 700 plus credit score, the other 560-580, I do not know about the trustee , i threw them into the mix.
1 account 450-600k deposits the other 250-350k. 2 nsfs.
West coast just picked up on the hitch on the file that I am foreseeing... the Ceo not wanting to sign a Coj because its disclosed publicly and he thinks it will call a traditional loan he entered into..or so he says, ( which is why I am saying 51% ).
Thats why I talked them down to 70k-100k, hoping for more $ but trying to the get the money fast ( if at all ) and lessen risk.
Thanks everyone for your help, one of my brokers are gathering the balance of docs on second account.Last edited by Karen37a; 04-21-2017 at 10:46 AM.

If the merchant has decent credit and it is a 1st position send the deal to business backer. As long as you have 51% ownership they should be able to get the deal done.
