    Question Judgments & Tax Lien Search

    Does anyone have a good strategy for uncovering tax liens and judgments after July?

    Starting from July 2017 some information is being removed from all credit bureaus due to the National Consumer Assistance Plan, including tax liens and judgments.

    Judgments and liens are still public records and available via LexNex, Clear, etc., they will just not be reported by credit bureaus anymore.
