Best guess is Citi. The Biz2Credit partnership? Banks wetting their beak?

Really no one's heard of them? Saw that they funded one of our files 24.5k paying back 129/day for what I'm guessing is a term at or even above 12 months. That's a pretty competitive term (and perhaps low rate) especially given this merchant's situation (home-based contractor, 10ish deposits, a bit overleveraged).

Citigroup Financial Products Inc...they do loans, insurance , securities asset management

they primarily focus on agriculture, manufacturing and real estate though...so I am not 100% sure.

They could have took a loan against securities but I doubt its prime brokerage.

I believe they are a new funding company, Channel Funding Partners.

I would lean towards Andys answer because I cant see it being likely that a home based contractor would have a prime account...never say never though. He could be a millionaire sitting in his house with money in stocks and bridged a construction project or did some type of real estate swap and is temporarily cash poor

When you find out the answer id be curious to know it.
