Could get this done via Stated Income Loan. No tax returns or pay stubs. Rates between 7-8% depending on credit. 30yr term...2-4 week closing. Just need a 1003 & current tri-merge credit report for initial submission.

I am not sure who might write the non-bank debt, but there are a few equity guys floating around looking at the space right now. Carlyle Group just bought a mobile home park for $26Mil in Palm Beach County recently.

not to hijack, but when i was testing a number of different lead sources, i got a lead for a moblie home park. When i went to google it, they were a mobile home park for "recovering" pedophiles and sex offenders. Pretty horrified.
