Feels like you got backdoored. Be careful to only work with funders whose name you see on bank statements.

No, they actually spent the $0.99 to get a domain and they even have a website, so according to the DF police that must mean they are legit lol

Yes Michael, I know how to tell if an agreement is white-labeled. Their paperwork shows no evidence of them being anything other than what they represent, e.g., a direct funder. As for how we found them, they sent us the following unsolicited email in early February. After reviewing their ISO agreement and a sample contract, we felt comfortable sending over a couple of difficult files that didn't have much traction anywhere else, to test their underwriting, responsiveness, etc.

    Greetings,
We hope you are having a profitable start of 2017!

We have had the pleasure of communicating with you in the past, but we haven't heard from you recently. We would like to earn your business and show you why over 500 ISO's use Cash Village funding!

not sure who they are but few years ago I unfortunately used to work at boiler room type chop shop in that same building called 800fund when I first started in this Industry. im Not saying they are the same company there was quite a few iso's in that building acting as lenders. all chop shops though except a one or two actual lenders which had tiny little offices with 4-5 people in them tops.

I am always suspicious when there is no name in the signature...I don't think I have ever heard their name before, but there seems to be new shops coming out of nowhere every week.

No, a paid email address doesn't automatically mean you're legit. But lack of one generally means their less likely to be legit.

Please be advised Cash Village Funding N.Y. LLC, is a direct funder that was on holiday break for Passover. Most Jewish lenders weren't funding during the holiday! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or the merchant. I hope you don’t hold being Jewish against us! In addition all the deals that had every stipulation in by 04/10 3 pm EST were funded the same day. Obviously the deals had missing stipulations (like tracking number, COJ, landlord info etc…) were not funded and were put off until we returned from holiday break.

Also, During the Passover holiday we have upgraded our internal system. Unfortunately the upgrade did not go as planned and there several bugs and technical issues that needed to be resolved. One of the bugs was that our email server was not working properly. We were working around the clock and we are happy to announce that all bugs and technical issues were resolved and the emails are working properly as of 5 am this morning. This may be the reason why you received the kick back emails...

Again I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or the merchant.

If you have any question please feel free to contact us. 212-495-9924 or 347-846-2606

Cash Village, you sure seem to be throwing around the "direct lender" line. Your company provides loans?

Yes, we are a direct lender in the cash advance industry buying future receivables for up front lump sum..., meaning we do not white label..probable should say we are a direct funder....it has been changed on all the posts...thank you!
