EBF (although a lot of them will do it). Gotta provide contact information for someone at the bank, so they can call and verify. Slows down funding process.

I have asked 6 or 7 now. No one will do it via phone call.

We've done few deals with phone-only verification. Confirmed good guys for us are: Happy Rock, Legend Advance Funding, EBF - but many would o it if you tell them client doesn't do internet. Just tell the UW client has no online access and can do a 3-way call (once had to do an MTD statement sent to UW directly from the bank).

Spoke with a ISO rep earlier in the week at EBF and they said they could do a 3 way call once approved. Got my client approved for 70k, sent in all docs, he sent the notarized COJ and I call EBF to verify again that we can do the bank call today (he already had his banker ready to do the call). EBF then says, "no online banking? That's a kill, have a good day."

I said wow, can you at least pay for my Uber after you F me?
