This client isn't a serial Stacker, they went through some growing pains when they were opening a new location. Credit is A1, there profit margins can handle the cost of 4th position capital. I've had this client for along time, so if a lender wants to do business shoot me your information I'll fill out an ISO agreement and send some deals over.
