Just got this done with IOU a week ago for 100K. Merchant went on business trip for a week, comes back and says wants another 20-30K.

In need of 2nd position CA lenders. The paper is clean, and "A" paper. I am looking for a low buy rate.

(Also, we have No CFFL) However, I have a trusted source with a lenders license that could sign up with anybody.

It's not "A" paper anymore if he needs a second position two weeks after getting 100k. Your second will have a high factor rate.

For the buy rate you're seeking maybe quarterspot, although I am not sure what their restricted industries/states are. If all else fails we can offer a second position deal pending their ending daily balances but it will not be the buy rate you're looking for.
