Good day. I'm a bit confused. First companies like thiss usually collect money on behalf of their customers. I suspect that is where the $15.0 million comes from. If true then the deal becomes totally different. Then the $15.0 million is someone else's money and can't be used to pay back the processors loan.
Who are the clients, do they get paid by by them monthly. Is there any other debt?
