Kevin Henry and his bank probably have the lowest cost of funds and are therefore the lowest price to customers. However with the low cost of funds you also get more conservative underwriting criteria. Don't get me wrong if I had a deal that would qualify with Kevin I would not hesitate to run it bye him.

As to I recommend after Kevin it will come as no surprise to readers here I highly recommend us, Iron Horse Credit.
we do a few things a bank won't:
we can provide a 30-120 day unsecured line of credit to help your clients finish projects before being able to issue an invoice we would then factor, we do companies and industries that banks won't and we extend higher credits in general than the banks do.
I would call Kevin first and us second.
P.S. If we can't finance your client we will point you to someone who can.....at no charge.

    Bob,

Just because we are bank owned does not mean I will not fund a challenged credit. We have funded DIP, companies with Tax Liens, 100% customer concentration, and companies with not so pretty balance sheets. We move very fast. I funded a staffing companies earlier this year in 12 days from first phone call.

Thank you Kevin Henry, I appreciate your input. If you do not fund in a 2nd position please let me know, because we will fund in a junior position.

    Thank you again.
