Mesa Mutual....Anybody hear of them?
Seems like a broker trying to act like a direct lender. I could be wrong though. Does anybody have any experience with these guys?

Fine print on their website:
"Many of our term loan and merchant cash advance providers can be very fast, providing funds in as little as 24 hours. SBA-backed lenders may take two weeks or more because Small Business Administration loans require significantly more documentation."
Looks like brokers.

They call me once a week asking for deals. They sure act like a direct lender. But most of them do. They actually even went so far to tell me they have an 8 point reduction with early payoff in 40 days.

We signed up with them and have gotten a couple of offers and one contract. They are definitely using their own paper and I would be surprised if they weren't in fact a direct funder. Now that doesnt mean they dont also syndicate or broker deals, but from what we've seen so far, they look clean.

So what does this mean:
"Many of our term loan and merchant cash advance providers can be very fast, providing funds in as little as 24 hours."
Isn't that pretty clear they're brokers? What direct lender/funder talks about their "term loan and merchant cash advance providers" if they are, in fact, direct lenders?

This is getting very picky. It's like is she a blonde or bleached her hair. Direct lenders stealing deals...people saying up to 300k in loc with 680 to 700 credit. I love the posts direct lenders only...honestly too much bs and such. Want 1000 percent assurances...don't do this line of work anymore. Do clerical work for local government..civil service. People post deals in deal bin that are ridicoulous.

Getting picky? It's what their website states on their own footer. What is so difficult to understand? They say they work with loan and merchant cash advance providers.
And if someone doesn't want people asking questions about your operation, don't spam out ISO agreements.

Hey everyone,
Just saw this thread and thought I would weigh-in as I am the COO of Mesa Mutual. To be clear: we are 100% a direct funder. We do not broker deals, we do not syndicate with other lenders (although we do offer participation on deals presented by ISO's) and we do not have an internal sales team. I apologize the that the footer was misleading, it was an oversight from our dev team and has been corrected. If anyone would like to contact me directly or request references from the ISO's we have worked with in the past, please PM me. I am happy to answer any questions that you might have. Mesa Mutual is direct lender in it for the long haul and we look forward to working with any ISO looking for a direct funding partner.
