    Open Tax Lien

Who are the best lenders for a deal on which the principal has a large open federal tax lien (not on a payment plan)?

What kind of term lengths and rates can be expected?

I used the search bar, but only found older information and not many specifics on terms and rates.

    Thanks!

goodluck, i would say no one would fund a large open fed tax lien with no payment plan.

Let us know if you find someone

    MCA Capital,

If they are seeking a factoring relationship, we have helped companies with tax liens. What industry and how large is the Company (revenue)?

Thank you for your responses so far!
I saw in a previous thread that MCG looks at open tax liens. How does YS compare to MCG?

Tax liens don't stop Cooper. We routinely fund in the absence of a payment plan-

I'm not sure what MCG does being that I don't do any business with them. At Yellowstone all we really look for is consistent revenue, positive cash advance payment history, and daily ending balances that can handle a daily payment. Stips are minimal, we only need DL, VC, and proof of EIN. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to have a more in depth conversation about the possibility of us working together.

Like Levin we would be interested in looking into Factoring. We have, and are able to factor for accounts whose owners have tax liens.

We have a couple partners who can put a freeze on the IRS for any levy for at least 12 months while they obtain a payment plan or renegotiate their payment plan. Either scenario, we have ways to fund with or without a payment plan in place. If interested, feel free to reach out.
