    I'm not a prognosticator but all signs point to the fed raising rates again on May 2nd. I would close that offer asap, would be very surprised if they found a better deal.

    How about a business line of credit? 4-6% yearly interest and they won't have to pay back the principle for quite some time. It's a great up-sell, and every good business needs ones like these.

    I don't think anyone here will beat the bank's current offer, if it's a REAL offer. Many times it's an offer prior to actual funding that has no relationship to the actual final offer and fees.
