gas station and convience store
The owner operator purchased it 2.5 years ago paid $200k for it worth $300k to $500k , does $60k a month in store sales and $100k in gas monthly , Exxon looking for $200k to pay back investors .
He has no RE to put up but willing to put the business up as collateral , will any one do this deal ?
