I have a client that needs a $500K loan for 1 to 2 years. He has a 700 credit score, a $1.8MM property ( $700K bal ) $600K in equipment ( $300K bal ). He is doing around $130K a month . He did experience some slow months and showed a loss last year. Business is picking up which is why he needs this loan to pay off a couple of debts and buy a truck to pick up plastic from buyers & sellers all over the country. He is getting more business than he can handle right now. I also have a client that needs a mortgage on his 135 acres and house. I got him a loan initially through a private investor but now need to think about taking him out. Need $ 175K against a $400K property. He has 600 credit scores . I also have a Farmer/Rancher that is looking to refi his 2,700 acres into 1 loan. He did around $1.5MM last year and reduced a lot of his debt. He is looking for around $3.4MM. He has credit scores in the 650 and up range. -
