    Montana Company Needs $400,000 - Direct Funders Only

    Boat Dealership/Repair Shop.
    Merchant is looking to $400,000 first position in working capital, I have tax returns (grossing $6M), P&L, and 6 months banks has well. I feel that this would be a better file for a term product opposed to a cash advance, however; If a lender can do 18-24 months in the mid 1.20's with a weekly, then a cash advance would make sense. He also has assets that he is willing to pledge including property (please no WBL) which could be an option, that's what he was originally looking for but the trail went cold because the lack of comps on the property.

    Monthly deposits;
    Jan: $111,415.32 (This month is slow for a lot of merchants, it's the thick of his off season incase anyone wants to ask why Jan is so low)
    Feb: $330,823.44
    Mar: $364,935.14
    Note: Merchant is now going into his busy season, when Summer hits people like to boat.

    DIRECT FUNDERS ONLY!
    PM me and let me know if you have an interest in moving forward. I know that $400,000 is a little high so don't automatically say you can do it to get the file, when you message me be realistic with what you think your companies lending capabilities are. I do have places to send this but the process is long and the merchant is already getting impatient.

    Your best bet is to get the full financials and a full year of bank statements, that way you can see for yourself how things look, and have everything organized when it comes to funding time.

    I am a direct funder. Check out my reputation here on DF and you will see I shoot straight.

    I am NOT a MCA lender. The product looks and acts more like a term loan, with a monthly payment.

    12-30 month term, with early payoff available any time after six months (no fees, penalties or interest, client just pays off remaining principle and they are out, so the savings are significant).

    Minimum funding is $100k, max is $2MM. 1.28 over twelve months, so not too far off what your client is seeking.

    You said you have the P&L. For $400k funding amount, I would need to see minimum Net monthly income of $52k which is in the 10% net margin area, not unusual for the client's industry. If your client is there (or close) let's talk.

    If for some reason that does not work, I might very well be able to leverage his real estate. If we are doing a pure real estate loan (not a business funding), rates are a lot cheaper (in the 8% - 12% Range).

    Feel free to reach out!
