    60k Needed ASAP - bridge or hard money or other

    Borrower needs to net 60k asap... bridge loan for 6months - 1 year.. flexible on cost/rate/terms. Needs immediately.

    Deposits just under 20k per month last 3 month average into business account.

    Has a PRIMARY RESIDENCE, Single Fam Residence, worth 1,000,000 and balance of 350k in New York (3 mortgages). Only at 35%. Most funders don't want to touch it due to it being a Primary Residence 4th position. Willing to payoff 3 rd private mortgage for total of 100k.

    Already tried WBL. anyone else? (wbl can't touch due to the deposits)
