Does anyone ever get family and friends Cash advances? Where do you send them? Just curious.

I'd put them somewhere that has been around for a long time - or at least somewhere I had a great relationship with. Try to do a little pre-underwriting on your own so that you can get a better idea on who might be able to help them.

Edit: I should add that I would help them get their docs together and refer them to the source(s) that seemed like the best fit. Like Freddy said below, prob best to keep yourself out of it after that.

I would stand aside and let them walk right past me out the door. Maybe I would leave my top ISO's card there for them to see. Stay away from business with family especially when it comes to lending money.
