Waste of time, they've sold the same list to 100 brokers - if you really want UCC lists - there is software that will scrape for the information and return it in whatever format suits your needs.

What are you talking about? I am an individual that used to work for a large lead company. Thats my source. There is no list thats been sold 100's of times. My current list hasn't been sold. Its been used 1x, and thats by the source who developed the data. They've had success with the list, and if you knew anything about data, there is a lot of really good deals in it. So if I sell it twice, both lenders can get great success out of it.
