Get Set Up to Collect Fees

You process fees for the ISO and hold back a certain percentage for yourself or are you an ACH provider? I'm going to guess the first one.

Can't knock the hustle. In my opinion that's a lot of risk to take on. You're processing fees for a stranger not knowing if the merchant was actually funded by them.

Here's a Scenario: Merchant signs contracts and PSF with iso and the deal gets killed on funding. Iso still sends you PSF form and VC to process the fee. Whose door do the cops knock on when the merchant files a police report for fraud? Not trying to be pessimistic, but that's something you should take into consideration. Good luck.

Valid point, however we only collect the Fee for the broker when deal is funded. That, combined with a mandatory phone call with the merchant verifying the transaction (similar to a funding call) pretty much guarantees that no cops will be knocking on anyone's door. At least not ours Good looking out though.
