After receiving several email blasts about funding companies closed for Passover...Its important to set the record straight

Cresthill/Mantis will be open EVERY BUSINESS DAY in the month of April...... We also have a team of UW that are usually here till a few hours before MIDNIGHT... (last night 12:07AM)....

(I personally will be keeping the holidays and munching on those matzhas, however have over 3 dozen salaried employees happily available to serve all your funding needs!!)....

Because MANY funders wont be in this week Cresthill/Mantis underwriters will be on their toes making sure offers-findings take place in rapid lightening speed. ( I wont be in However Woo K. will be able to help at 561-578-4222).

Keep in mind we are making FASTEST OFFERS / FEW STIP / DOUBLE DIGIT COMMISSIONS.(will try to adjust offers to compete)...
we have a separate department UW 2K-15K files and of course another team that funds up to 500K (will fund 150K with same ease as a 30K file!!).

i've also heard that if you tag the submissions as "high importance," send all attachments in separate emails (with differentiating subject lines), and copy Marcus on all of them - there is an extra 2% bonus on each deal. unconfirmed.

haven't noticed any disruption, no one that we work with apparently. what defines one as a 'superbroker' in your opinion? have heard the term thrown around, just curious.
