Why deal with an underwriter or representative when we can call or even text an owner on your behalf?

This is not a very good selling point. I would never want anyone contacting or texting an owner on my behalf.

Not only that. I have enough problems with backdooring when I cherry pick the funders to send a file to. I don't need my client's file sent to every funder in the country. And my merchants don't want to see twenty inquiries on their credit report.

and we have officially crossed the line and entered the twilight zone.. If a company needs help submitting their deals I think it is safe to say they shouldn't be in business. What scares me more then anything is there are probably companies that need this service

How is that a question? They are selling themselves as a super broker/admin, they get paid from the funders, and then throw you a few pennies.

How long have you been in this industry? how well do you know the lenders guidelines and work around? How many people will you send one file to?how fast is the delay of using you so that you do not get a previously received? How many lenders do you have signed up? will you take responsibility to make sure the deals are not backdoored ? which owners do you text for a plain submission? I am laughing picturing the scenario of Noah berslow in middle of a meeting getting a text from Michelle on a 5k approval .

I think people are just fed up with insanity and people not realizing the talent and marketing ability of the people on these boards .

So someone who should be working for you, is offering you the chance tosend them deals.

I never in my wildest imagination, with all my experience in Financial Services thought I could come on these boards ( when I was new in MCAS) and ask people who are making 10k-100k a month iI could fund their deals

I might as well call up Warren Buffet and see if he needs a cash advance or my financial advice.
